From the mind of Nate Laff comes 13 minutes of pure horror punk. Pretty With the Lights Out has a live band, but solely comes from the mind of Nate, who does all the playing, producing, and all else. He also plays guitar on tracks for bands including Dragnun a project from TB Monstrosity of Blitzkid. He also has recorded tracks for independent wrestlers and more.
Listening to the album, there is a perfect flow between tracks. It's a sound and length that you can keep on repeat without getting bored. The album even includes a radically charged cover of Down, Down to Goblin Town and more. There is something for every type of horror fan in the album. If you have a true love for the genre, at least one of these songs will stick in your mind. It's a race against the clock with each song, but fits perfectly. What I find most impressive is that the flow is so perfect, I didn't even notice the end of one and the beginning of another, but I could definitely tell the difference in lyrical content and style. All in all it's like a fun little hip clip that fits in your pocket, a speedy little album that you can listen to multiple times a day.
