Worthington's Law: Mr. Wild

It's been a while since I wrote a review up, I guess I just needed the right inspiration. I recently got an awesome cassette from Worthington's Law entitled Mr. Wild. It's definitely wild ride through a punk and ska sound straight from the 90's. I have listened to this album a total of 5 times already and it's time to weigh in.

The album starts off immediately with a strong song about the good old days of the 20th century. It doesn't stop there, it leads into a raw punk sound. The sound is ever changing. From slower skate punk, to ska songs about being an ant (my favorite). I rarely have an album hit me with every song, but getting old and listening to songs about getting old hits hard. The band considers themselves "Dad punk" with an entire catalog of great songs and albums.

The entire album stays to to the roots of what made the 90's such a great time. Growing up sucks and Worthington's Law knows it, so they hit us with fantastic songs about Schwepps and growing up under religious reign. They are going strong and only getting stronger. If you want an album that's gonna make you dance and enjoy life a little this is definitely it.
